Before launch this page will set out the refund window, how to request a refund, and what happens to an activated licence after a refund. Statutory rights in your country, such as EU withdrawal rights, apply in addition to this policy.

Because Free is fully usable without paying, we encourage trying it on your own documents before buying Pro.
