End-user licence agreement

This agreement is between you and B2R (the exact registered entity will be named here before launch) for the Pramvex desktop application.

1. Licence

Pramvex is licensed, not sold. B2R grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Pramvex on computers you own or control: the Free edition within its document limit, and Pro within the terms of your Pro licence.

2. Your documents

Pramvex processes your documents on your computer. B2R does not receive, store or claim any rights in your documents, their contents, the index, embeddings, questions or answers.

3. Pro licence

The number of devices, transfer rules, offline activation policy and the versions and updates included in a Lifetime licence will be stated here before Pro goes on sale.

4. Restrictions

• Don’t remove or bypass licence checks, or redistribute the application.
• Don’t reverse engineer the application except where the law allows it.

5. Open-source components and models

Pramvex includes and can download open-source software and openly licensed models. Those components are licensed under their own terms, listed on the third-party licences page, and nothing here limits your rights under them.

6. No warranty on answers

Answers are generated from your documents and can be incomplete or wrong. Check the cited evidence before relying on any answer. Pramvex is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, B2R’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
