What are the termination conditions in this contract?

8.1 This Agreement remains in force until terminated in accordance with this Section 8. 8.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party, subject to clause 8.3.
How it works
- Retrieve. Your question is matched against the local index, using exact keywords and, if the search model is installed, meaning-based search. The best passages are chosen with their file, page and heading.
- Answer from the passages only. The local model is told to answer using only those passages and to cite each one it relies on.
- Check every citation. A verifier compares each cited claim with its passage, including numbers, and marks it as verified or flags it. Claims it cannot support are not presented as verified.
- Open the source. Click a citation to see the highlighted excerpt in context and open the original file at that page.
What it does not do
- It does not guarantee that an answer is correct. A passage can be out of date, or say something the model misread.
- It only knows what is in the folders you add. If the answer isn’t in your documents, it should say so.
- It is not legal, financial or professional advice, and it does not replace your own review.
When you don’t need AI at all
For a phrase, a count or a list of files, use Exact mode. Its results come straight from the index and are the same every time, and it needs no model.
