The short version

Pramvex processes your documents on your own computer. We never receive your documents, their text, embeddings, your questions or the answers. This website uses no analytics or tracking cookies.

What the desktop app sends

• Nothing about your documents.
• Model downloads request files from their public hosts when you choose to download them.
• When Pro launches, licence activation will send a licence key and an anonymous device identifier.
• Update checks and diagnostics are off unless you turn them on.

What this website processes

• Standard server logs (IP address, browser, page requested), kept briefly for security and reliability.
• If you contact support: your email address and message.
• When Pro launches: your email, order reference, payment status and licence entitlement. Card details are handled only by the payment provider.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for analytics or advertising. Your browser may store your chosen download platform locally; it never leaves your device.

Retention and your rights

Retention periods and the process for access, correction and deletion requests will be published here before launch, in line with applicable privacy law.
